Delivery and refunds

Orders will be delivered between 9.30am and 2.30pm on the date you selected when ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however if you would like a specific time please contact us and where possible we will try and meet any special requests.

You will be asked to select a delivery date when placing an order, under some circumstances we may not be able to deliver on your chosen date. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to choose either another date or have a refund. We do not offer delivery on public holidays or Sundays.

We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius. Including the towns of Chippenham, Calne, Corsham, Malmesbury and Royal Wootton Bassett, and surrounding villages.

 

Delivery costs:

• £2.00 within 1 mile

• £3.00 within 1-4 miles

• £5.00 within 5-7 miles

• £7.00 within 8-10 miles

If the location you are looking to deliver to is outside of this area then please contact us and we may be able to arrange this for you.

On delivery, if the recipient is not at home we will leave with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. We will post a card through the door saying we tried to deliver, and with details of where the delivery has been left.
